All points disappeared:

• Every day starting at 12am UTC, uptime from the app is verified and real earnings are finalized onto the dashboard. While this calculation is taking place the points on your dashboard will disappear. Once the calculation is done, the real earnings will show again. The calculation takes roughly 12-16 hours to complete.

Earnings dropped:

• Today's earnings are just an estimate made by your dashboard. The real uptime is kept track of through the Grass app. If you disconnect and reconnect frequently then the difference between your dashboard's estimated earnings and your app's finalized earnings can have a large difference.

Multiple Devices:

• Multiple devices on the same network will share points and you will not earn more points than running a single device on that network.

Epoch Earnings Disappeared:

• Please check the rewards tab on the left side of your dashboard to see previous epochs earnings.
