Email not being delivered or received:
- Clear your site data cache and cookies for the Grass dashboard and request the email again.
- Use an incognito tab or another browser to request the email.
Email Change Issues:
- You will need to complete 6 hours uptime on a single IP to change email. We cannot bypass this security measure for you.
- The uptime will have to be verified through a daily calculation and you have to request the email from this IP.
- If 1 days have passed since you requested an email change and you still have the old email on your account, log out and log back in using the new email.
