Reinstall your app:

Try reinstalling the Grass app. This can help refresh corrupted files and ensure you're running the latest version.

Reconnect within the app:

On your app on the top left click on reload option This can often clear temporary glitches.

Restart your router:

Sometimes a simple router restart can refresh your internet connection and resolve connectivity issues. Also check your firewall.

Try steps below

• Reload the App (by Right Clicking at the App Display and select "Reload")
• Please wait a moment for the app to connect, the network scores will be displayed shortly.
• Refresh your Grass dashboard periodically in a few minutes
• Please be patient wait for 1-15 minutes, it takes some time to get sync - updated.
