App says “This device is still syncing to the Grass Network. Please wait…”

1/ make sure you are not using a VPN while running Grass.

2/ Test your IP:

If any of these things are in your results you will need to get a new IP:

If you are on a dynamic IP then you can get a new IP assigned by restarting your router a few times. For static IPs you will have to contact your ISP and ask them to change it for you.

Do NOT share the results from the tests with anyone outside a support ticket.

Note: If your app still displays a score of 0, your IP may not be supported. Try using a different IP address.
